This page explains what we collect when you join the Kexaro waitlist and how we use it.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we store your email address and the time you submitted it. We may also store a hashed version of your IP address and your browser user agent to help prevent abuse and troubleshoot issues.
Why we collect it
We use your email only to notify you about early access, beta invitations, and product updates.
Legal basis
We process your email based on your consent (you choose to submit it).
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist entries until the beta ends or until you ask us to delete your data. If you want a concrete timeframe, we aim to review and remove stale entries within 24 months.
Sharing and processors
We do not sell your personal data. We store waitlist data on Amazon Web Services (AWS) as our infrastructure provider.
Your rights
You can request access to or deletion of your waitlist data at any time by emailing hello@kexaro.io.
